Queriendo Formatear un disco duro interno conectado con un USB, a la facil pense voy a darle click derecho sobre el disco y Formatearlo, pero o sorpresa no se puede formatear como Fat32 solo te lo permite como NTFS, para mas informacion lea el articulo Limitations of the FAT32 File System in Windows XP.
Bueno para solucionar esta situacion utilize una hermienta en MS- DOS, la cual con solo ponerla en Windows System32 con eso es todo, programita es fat32format. y es gratuita, la cual tmb pueden ejecutar desde cmd de la siguiente manera (prevamiente ya en System32)
